why we need calcium in our daily life?
The calcium is a part of the minerals that we can found in milk,cheese,yougurt ,almond,broccoli and others.The calcium is important to our body because it provide the healty bones ...if our body lack of the calcium it will make our bones expose to get osteoporosis.
Usually,the girl when they reach at 20 years old,they required most of the calcium...Inadaquate calcium comsumption and physical activity will make our bones to achive the peak bones mass ...
P/s=Anlene product is very good for bones...especially a girl like me(^___^)
